This paper has lower crepe on the both sides of paper. Because of the 2 sides lower crepe, the total surface of paper is wider than T-92 paper and narrower than T-90 paper. So even though some coffee fine powders attach on the paper, many water paths can be secured in the first half of brewing.
But, in the latter half, more and more coffee fine powders attach the paper, then water flow may be braked because little water path can be kept.
This gap of the extraction speed is the breakthrough point of this paper! And “the brake extraction” is very secret of getting the rich and sweetness of the coffee.
